Nutsmail Helpdesk is closed

To all our customers, due to the failure of our supportdesk software we are currently handling support via our email address: support@nutsmail.com
Please direct any support requests you have to this email address. For some reason, although we'd shut down the helpdesk it seems to have remained active, this was brought to our attention recently and we apologize to any who have opened tickets and have received seemingly no response. We are working on going through all the tickets opened in the last 2 months, but if you have a ticket open that is older than that, please do send an email to the address outlined above.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused any of you.

We are working on revamping our site, and are compiling more knowledgebase articles as well as a possible wiki so as to provide a more "open" support system which will benefit not only Nutsmail users but [we hope] regular Squirrelmail users as well.
